Our Logs We use hand-peeled, dead standing lodge pole pine. Our logs are two-sided, full length with saddle-notched corners, chink style. Log purlins are set and ready for roof. Our log homes are hand-crafted and produced much like the old cabins of your grandparents. Our Cost The price of our logs range from $28 to $30 per sq. ft. For delivery over 100 miles from Thompson Falls, Montana, the additional delivery charge will be at prevailing wage per loaded mile, plus applicable permits. There is a tremendous variance in the cost of materials to construct a log home. Therefore, being able to accurately estimate the total cost of a completed home, is best done on an individual basis.
